1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Yapzi account or using any part of the Yapzi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Yapzi.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Yapzi. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonating another person or entity is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Yapzi to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code • Share illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property rights • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Yapzi systems or other users' accounts • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from Yapzi

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you send through Yapzi. By using the service, you grant Yapzi a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you send. Yapzi does not endorse or verify user-generated content.

6. Premium subscriptions

Yapzi Premium is a paid subscription billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Yapzi available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service unavailability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yapzi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Yapzi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
